关于我国现代刑事侦查体制改革的理性思考

为适应我国刑事审前程序改革的客观需求以及切实提高刑事案件的追诉效率 ,应当构建一种具有中国特色的现代刑事侦查体制。同“侦审一体化”制度运作上的失败与困境以及“侦检一体化”制度设计上的缺憾与不足相比较 ,“审诉一体化”模式因其具备必要的合理性与可行性而应当成为一种新的可选方案。

Rational Thinking about the Reformation of China's Investigation System

So as to suit the needs of the reformation of China's criminal pretrial procedure,and enhance the prosecution efficiency of criminal case ,China should build our own system of criminal detection.To compared with the failure and predicament on the integration of investigation and adjudication system and the lack of the integration of investigation and prosecution system,the mode of the integration and action has its validity and feability.So,it should become an new scheme to be chosen.
