| Abstract: | Private law autonomy is one of the basic principles of civil law of continent law system, which mean the freedom of private law subject to form private law of relation according to one's own meaning. Private law autonomy emphasizes entity of people, the order of law is regarded as its prerequisite, and the way to realize it is the juristic act. |
