| 摘 要： | 随着医药卫生体制改革的深入，完善医疗机构监管的立法，对提高医疗卫生服务的公平与效率具有重要的保障意义。本文通过分析目前我国医疗机构监管立法存在的问题，建议提升医疗机构监管立法层次、明确监管原则、完善医疗机构监管具体制度设计，从而更好地发挥法律在我国医疗机构监管中的作用。
