| Abstract: | The existence of commercial bribery in the area of medical services is extremely harmful to the development of health services.Commercial bribery cases in the area of medical services is show new characteristics. An empirical analysis of the root causes of convicted commercial bribery crime cases is conducted in this article. The study also discusses possible ways to improve our management system to commercial bribery crime. |
