| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一次餐饮服务食品安全行政处罚听证会及办案过程,总结了办案成功的经验和体会,揭示了听证会在处罚案件办理中的重要作用。虽此案件是《食品安全法》刚刚实施后办理的,但至今对食品安全监管和卫生监督执法办案都具有很大的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the handling procedure and hearing course of administrative punishment on food safety in catering service.Moreover,the successful experience is well concluded,which reveals the importance of hearing system in handling punishment cases.Although this case was handled right after the establishment of Food Safety Law,it has provided a good model for current food safety inspection and health law enforcement. |
