| 摘 要： | 社会管理创新与社会建设有着紧密的联系,社会管理是社会建设的一个重要内容,而社会管理创新是推进社会建设的重要手段。经济社会的发展和变迁给社会管理带来了许多问题与挑战。当前的社会管理创新,就是要从这些问题入手,在建设社会主义法治国家和法治政府的基础和框架内,完善社会管理的体制和机制。
