从系统论的范式来看,社会发展应是以人为中心的全面、协调与可持续发展.经济法作为社会系统的子系统,其发展理念应定位为社会经济的整体发展、协调发展与可持续发展.整体发展是经济法发展理念的基石;协调发展是经济法发展理念的核心;可持续发展是经济法发展理念的目标.要实现经济法的发展理念,需要经济法具体制度的完善及其子系统之间的密切配合,此外,还应加强经济法系统与外界系统的沟通和协调.

On the Idea of Development of the Economic Law--on the base of research form of system of theory

Looking from the research form of system of theory,the social development is all-round development,coordinated development and sustainable development around the centre of people.The economic law,as the subsystem of the social system,its idea of development should be orientated as whole development,coordinated development and sustainable development of the social economy.Whole development is the foundation of the idea of development of the economic law.Coordinated development is the core of the idea of development of the economic law.Sustainable development is the goal of the idea of development of the economic law.To realize the idea of development of the economic law,we should perfect the system of economic law and coordinate the relation of the subsystems.In addition,we should strengthen the communication and coordination of the economic law system and external system.
