| Abstract: | The developing trend of punishment is the mitigation of punishment on the world,The author thinks that the decisive great causes of the mitigation of punishment is the social economy factor,the political factor,the culture factor and the criminal policy factor,etc. Well-developed economic system,dual social structure with civil society and political separation and advanced culture are the important social factors of mitigation of punishment. |
