| 摘 要： | 在现代刑事诉讼机制中 ,侦查职能是一种相对独立于控诉职能和审判职能的诉讼职能。从历史上看 ,独立的侦查职能的形成经历了一个分化、整合的发展过程。从内容上看 ,现代侦查职能包括制止犯罪、查明案情、保全证据与犯罪嫌疑人人身等功能。

| Abstract: | As far as modern criminal litigating mechanism is co nc erned, function of investigation is a litigating function relatively independent of functions of complaint and trial. Historically, formation of independent fun ction of investigation is a development process with fragmentation and integrati on as two stages. The content of modern functions of investigation includes chec king commitment of crime, finding out details of a case, saving evidence from da mage, providing physical protection for criminal suspect and other functions. |
