| Abstract: | The paper described the development status and the legislative status quo of financial holding companies of China,the concept and connotation of enhanced obligations system of financial holding companies briefly,put forward that China should construct the enhanced obligations system of financial holding companies by analyzing the necessity and feasibility that China implements the enhanced obligations system of financial holding companies theoretically,and parsed the key points of the enhanced obligations system of financial holding companies of China detailedly. |
