城市化与法制现代化

城市化是现代化的重要内容,没有城市化就没有现代化,城市化是现代化的必要条件。城市化和法制现代化都是现代化的组成部分。法制现代化从一定意义上说就是从传统社会的法律转向现代社会的法律,从乡村社会的法律转向都市社会的法律。城市生存方式具有集中性、流动性、专业性和异质性的特征,这些特征使都市社会的法律亦即现代社会的法律得以产生。

Urbanization & the Modernization of Legal Institution

Urbanization is the major content of modernization, the relationship between which is where there is no urbanization, there is no modernization; urbanization is the prerequisite for modernization. Both urbanization and modernization of legal institution is the constituent part of modernization. Modernization of legal institution, in a sense, is the change of law from traditional society to modern society and from the rural society to urban society. The urban living style boasts of the features of concentration, mobility, specialty and heterogeneity, all of which make the law in urban society, namely the law in modern society come into being.
