| Abstract: | The investigation supervision systems of main countries of common law system and continental law system are introduced in this paper. After comparison of the investigation supervision system of west countries and China and combination of the investigation practice, the problems of investigation supervision existing in prosecutorial organizations of China are pointed out. At last, some suggestions are put forward to perfect the investigation supervision system of China |
