| 摘 要： | 国外法学界已掀起了一场法律经济学运动。法律经济学提供了一套与传统法学迥然不同的分析方法 ,我国法学界已开始引进并运用这些分析方法。法律经济学在中国的发展必将改变中国传统法学固有结构 ,促进中国的法律改革。

Undoubtedly, with legal economy being introduced into China, the legal reform in China will be promoted and the intrinsic structure of Chinese traditional jurisprudence changed. |
