| 摘 要： | "依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"是我国现代化建设的一个重要目标,同时也是一项艰巨而又复杂的系统工程。如何充分调动各方面的积极力量,形成合力,是我们应该思考而又必须解决的重要课题。从马克思主义哲学的视角看,社会主义法治建设的动力可以分为原动力在于人的需要,根本动力在于社会基本矛盾运动规律,直接动力在于理论引领与权力推动。

| Abstract: | "Managing a country by law, building a socialist the rule of law country"is one of important modernization construction targets, but also a difficult and complex system engineering. How to fully mobilize all positive forces to form a cohesive force, we should ponder over and solve an important issue. From view of Marxism Philosophy, the construction of socialist rule of law can be divided into motive power lies in the person′s need; the basic reformative motivation rule of social basic contradiction; Direct power lies in the theoretical guide and power boost. |
