| 摘 要： | 法制现代化理想图景的构建是法制现代化研究的需要。无论是历史哲学研究范式还是类型学研究范式，都要构建理想图景，没有理想图景就失去了研究的参照系和理论皈依。更为重要的是，理想图景也是建设社会主义法治国家的需要，是法制现代化的目标和归宿。

| Abstract: | As a study reference system and theory origin,the construction of an ideal prospect is not only a requisite of study on modernization of legal system but also on paradigm of historic philosophy and of typology. Further,the ideal prospect is entailed by the construction of the socialism country under the rule of law,for the purpose of modernization of legal systems. |
