Social law,which is the result of civilization,emerged and developed in the historic process of social conflict resolution.Together with public law and private law,social law has increasingly played a key role in promoting the substantial fairness and justice,balancing equality and efficiency,and protecting the inferior group.In constructing the harmonious society,social law is enjoying and will enjoy more advantages and potential than public law and private law.As part of socialism by nature,social law is suggested to be actively developed rather than passively.
