| 摘 要： | 信息公开在我国又可称为政府信息公开或政务公开 ,信息公开的目的在于保障公民的知情权。我国已经加入世贸组织 ,世贸组织关于我国政府保持透明度的要求 ,使保障公民知情权、实现政府信息资源共享等制度建设 ,成为我国立法的一项紧迫任务。

| Abstract: | The publicity of information can be called the publicity of government information or the publicity of government affairs. Its aim is to protect citizens' right to learn the truth. China has entered into WTO. Chinese government is required to be kept transparent. Therefore, to guarantee citizens' right to learn the truth, and to realize the institution of enjoying the government information resources have become a pressing task in the legislation of China. |
