In the context of lacking "classic history" of modern administrative law, foreign administrative laws are of important academic basis for the creation and development of the administrative law of China. Since the 1980s of the 20th century, the multiple introduction of the science of western administrative law is the primary reason for the science of administrative law being prosperous and full of animation.
