In recent months,there have been a number of property control policies,including"two red lines"for real estate loans.A team led by Ni Hong,vice minister of housing and urban-rural development,has visited Shanghai,Shenzhen and other cities to investigate the real estate market in an effort to curb the"virtual fire"in the property market.According to agency statistics,the number of real estate regulation policies reached 97 last year.Some people worry that the property market will be trapped in the"old cycle"where the more it rises,the more it is regulated,and the more it regulates,the more it rises.
