| Abstract: | Allele frequencies for the nine tetrameric short tandem repeats (STR) loci D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, and D7S820 (AmpFlSTR Profiler Plus PCR amplification kit, PE Applied Biosystems) and two pentameric STR loci Penta D and Penta E (PowerPlex 16 system, Promega Corporation) were determined in a population sample of unrelated China Han. |
