| 摘 要： | 氯化琥珀碱（suxamethoniumchloride）是一种去极化类肌肉松弛药，临床用作全身麻醉时的肌肉松弛剂．使用过量可引起心动过缓、心律失常、心搏骤停、甚至死亡等不良反应。本文综述了利用红外光谱法、化学显色反应法、滴定法、酶电极法以及色谱和质谱法等方法对氯化琥珀胆碱进行分析测定的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Suxamethonium chloride is a depolarizing muscle relaxant used in general anesthesia. In over- dose, it causes adverse reactions such as bradycardia, arrhythmia, cardiac arrest, and death. The article reviews the progress on testing methods of suxamethonium chloride such as infrared spectroscopy, chem- ical color reaction, chemical titration, enzyme electrode, chromatography and mass spectrometry. |
