宪政中国初论

中国已经坚定不移地走上法治之路 ,但远未“达致”。而要实现“达致” ,关键在于大张旗鼓地倡导“宪政中国”主张 ,排除万难地建设一个“宪政中国”。而之所以恰恰是“宪政中国”而不是“民主中国”、“法治中国” ,不仅是因为“宪政中国”在语汇上比其它用语更具优越性 ,而且还因为这是中国客观社会历史条件的必然。

A Preliminary Study on Constitutional China

Now China has been on the way of ruling of law firmly,but is far from"realization",while the key to making it come true is advocating"Constiutional China"with great efforts,soling all the difficulties in order to build up a constitutional country.The reason we use"Constitutional China"but not"Democratic China"of"China ruled of law"ic that"Constitutional China"is much superior than other words,and also because of the inevitability of China's objective social and historical conditions.
