| 摘 要： | 本文在系统研究检察机关恢复重建以来检察基础理论研究成果的基础上,客观描述了检察基础理论研究的历程,从检察机关的法律定位、检察权的属性、法律监督的科学内涵、检察机关的职权、检察机关的组织体系、检察权行使的基本原则等六个方面对中国检察制度基本问题上的理论观点进行了综合评述,提出了检察基础理论研究面临的新课题。
