On the Mutual Influence and Effect of China's Peaceful Development and International Law

A peaceful and coordinated world is the important extemal social basis for the Chinese peaceful development,while international law lays the imperative down legal foundation and guarantee in building such a peaceful and coordinated world.In the“village of globe”with co-existence of states and economic globalization,international law provides the Chinese peaceful development with legal certainty in extemal environment of peace and security,fair and equal international competitive order,and international cooperation on the one hand,and puts on increasing legal restraints on the internal and external strategies of the Chinese peaceful development on the other hand.At the same time,the Chinese peaceful rising deems to make great contributions to the world peace and development which are the main subject matter of international law,as well as human rights,rule of law and democracy which are the universal core values pursued by international law.
