民事诉讼法学的发展维度——一个时段性分析

民事诉讼法学以解决民事诉讼所面临的理论、制度和实务问题为己任,2007年民事诉讼法学研究在宏观和微观两个层面的多个维度都取得了丰硕的成果。宏观上努力构建新的概念体系与诉讼理念;微观上着力对具体制度和程序进行细致入微的考究,为民事诉讼提供精巧的制度设计。在此过程中,民事诉讼法学的研究方法和研究范围都得到了拓展。但是,时段性的进步毕竟是有局限的,许多时代性课题仍待民事诉讼法学界继续攻关。

A Review of China's Civil Procedural Law Study

Civil procedural jurisprudence' major task is to solve the theoretical and practical questions faced by civil litigation.In year 2007,the study of civil procedural law has achieved fruitful outcomes in both micro - and macro- level.During this period the method and sphere of research has broadened.However,the progress is still periodic and there are many new problems to be solved.
