A Review of China's Constitutional Law Study

The awareness and rational use of methodology is the basis and sign of the development of research on constitution.With the development of the practice,constitutional scholars are trying to establish specialized,comprehensive and plural methodology with more open views.This article analyses the relationship between the constitutional research methods and problems,and anticipates the trends of research method of constitution based on an academic review.
