With the rapid development of biotechnology,genetic resources,as the important strategic materials of one country,not only plays an important role in solving the grain,health and environmental problem,but also will produce enormous economic worth even more in commercial use,so it has already become the goal that various countries have fought for.Therefore,a number of legal questions about genetic resources have been caused,a lot of which haven't a final conclusion so far.To analyze the following questions: what is genetic resources and the right of genetic resources belongs to,and to discuss access and benefit sharing as related to genetic resources and the protected modes of genetic resources,will have important theoretic and practical significance.
