社会主义法治理念是创新社会管理的现实条件

2011年2月19日胡锦涛在省部级主要领导干部社会管理及其创新专题研讨班开班式上发表重要讲话，强调要加强和创新社会管理。社会管理离不开社会主义法治，社会主义法治理念的五要素是创新社会管理的前提和理由，社会主义法治理念的五要素更加符合创新社会管理的需要，为创新社会管理创造现实条件。先确立社会主义法治理念，再提创新社会管理，在逻辑上是顺理成章的事情。

Notion of the Legal System in Socialism is the Realistic Condition of Innovating the Management of Society

At the opening ceremony which including the main provincial and ministerial official on the special subject of social innovation and management on Feb 19th,2011,president Hu Jintao emphasize that we should strengthen and innovate the management of society.Social management can not go without social legal system,whose five essences do act as not only the premise and reason of innovating society’s management but also of its needs,which creating a realistic condition for the society’s management.Creation of the notion of legal system in socialism should come first,and then follows the innovation,logically,that is the case it should be.
