| 摘 要： | 我国<刑法>第263条和第269条规定了抢劫罪必须具有"当场"性.以普通用语的规范化方法和刑法用语的相对性为视角,明确抢劫罪中"当场"的内在含义,并得出构成"当场"的几种情形.这对于以区分抢劫罪与其他相似的侵犯财产型犯罪有十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | The Article 263 and the Article 269 of the Criminal Law of China regulate that the robbery should be on the spot.With the norm of the common terminology and the opposite of the criminal law terminology,clear and define "on the spot" of the robbery,and explain the situation about "on the spot",Which is very important for distinguish the robbery from other alike crimes of property violation. |
