政府网站反腐防腐功能研究——基于上海为中心的调研

互联网是反腐防腐的战场,许多向腐败宣战的外国政府已经将互联网技术作为反腐防腐＂工具箱＂中的重要成员。政府网站反腐防腐的功能设计与开发对反腐防腐有着重要意义。上海政府网站总体上具有较强的反腐防腐功能,但仍存在门户网站反腐防腐功能不突出、反腐机构网站建设力度不够、政务公开意识不彻底、网站影响力不大等方面的不足。因此,应尽快采取整合门户网站反腐防腐功能、加强反腐机构网站建设、着力推进政务公开、扩大网站影响力等举措,切实巩固并强化政府网站反腐防腐功能。
