| 摘 要： | 信息化治理兴起于欧洲,是现代社会治理的重要创新手段之一.本文在借鉴国外信息化治理理论优势的基础上,提出了积极动员各种有生力量参与社会治理、创新信息化治理主体、完善信息化治理手段的应用范围、提高信息化治理效率、创新信息化治理机制等建议,以期对我国信息化治理创新实践有所裨益.

| Abstract: | The govemance using information technology aroses in Europe ;it is one of the important innovation methods of modem so-cial governance.Based on drawing lessons from the theoretical advantage of the governance using information technology in foreigncountries,in order to benefit the innovation practice of the governance using information technology,this article puts forward somesuggestions：to mobilize actively a variety of effective strength to participate in social governance,to innovate the subject of the gov-ernance using information technology,to perfect the scope of application of the methods of the governance using information technol-ogy, to promote the efficiency of the governance using information technology and innovate its mechanism, etc. |
