| 摘 要： | 《行政许可法》在第32条对行政许可申请的受理做出了较为详细的规定,为行政机关受理申请人的许可申请提供了重要的法律依据。但是该条在行政许可不予受理的条件、行政许可受理的时限、行政许可受理过程中的确认制度等方面的规定存在着不科学、不明确、不完善之处,本文试图从以上三方面进行分析,对该条的修改和完善提出自己的意见。

| Abstract: | The acceptance procedure of administrative permission is regulated in article 32 of The Administrative Permission Act,this give an important law basis of administrative organization to accept an applicant.But the condition of accepting an applicant is not scientific,the time limit of acceptance is not explicit,the recognizing system is not perfect.This thesis try to put forward modification opinions on analysis of the above three aspects. |
