重塑信用：信用时代政府面临的新挑战

社会主义市场经济实质上是建立在稳定的信用关系之上的法治经济。转型期中国社会领域信用普遍缺失有其多方面的复杂原因。中国经济社会进一步发展尤其是入世后参与国际竞争的需要使得在我国重塑信用、尽快建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的统一完善的社会信用体系已经变得刻不容缓。我国政府在信用重塑系统工程中将面临着严重地挑战,必须肩负起其不可或缺的主导作用。

Rebuilding Credit:the Government's New Challenge in the Credit Time

The socialist market economy in essence is the law-governed economy based on the stable credit relationship.At present,there are a lot of complex reasons for the common lack of credit in our social economic field. After our country entering into WTO,the need of taking part in the international competition makes rebuilding the credit and founding unified perfect social credit system,which fits in with the social market economy system,become a urgent task. In the credit economic time,our government will face more serious challenges and play its essential role in rebuilding the credit system.
