强县扩权进程中的问题及其发展趋势

The problems and development tendency in the process of county authority strengthening

With the rapid development of a new phenomenon,strengthening of county authority,a large amount of research papers has worked out.At present time,the practices of strengthening of county authority are making experiments in about ten provinces.But the great vitality it presents and the significance role it plays in the development of county economy,the construction of new rural area,and the reform of administrative system has arouse great attention from the theoretical circles and higher leaders.Certainly,some profound problems has presented in some practical provinces,which need deeply study and resolve as a whole.
