| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志继承和发展了毛泽东、邓小平加强社会主义民主和法制建设的治国思想,提出了在建设有中国特色的社会主义,发展社会主义市场经济的过程中,要坚持不懈地加强社会主义法制建设,依法治国,同时也要坚持不懈地加强社会主义道德建设,以德治国。这是江泽民同志对毛泽东、邓小平法制思想的新发展,是对马克思主义国家学说的丰富和贡献。

| Abstract: | JiangZemin inherited and developed Maozedong and DengXiaoping's govern a country's ideal of strengthen socialistic democracy and legal system's construction.Jiangzemin advanced to strengthen the construction of socialistic legal system on the way to Chinese characteristic's socialism's construction and develop socialistic market economy,to govern a country by legal.At the same time,we must stick to govern a country by the way of morality.This is a kind of new development to develop Maozedong and Dengxiaoping's ideal,and is a kind of contribution of Marxism's theory of national Lysenkoism. |
