有关人大“个案监督”几个问题的浅析

人大“个案监督”是人大监督的一种重要形式,近几年来人大“个案监督”在强化人大监督,促进司法公正,保障人权等方面发挥着重要作用,当然,也存在一些不容忽视的问题,本文对人大“个案监督”的意义、宪法依据、性质和要素、存在的不足以及搞好“人大监督”的对策等几个问题进行了一些粗浅的分析。
