| 摘 要： | 王船山的廉政思想由三部分构成，一是重视官德修养，以求国家“久安长治”；二是强调对官员的监督，重在“严于治上官”；三是构建权力监督制衡体制，实现“君、相、谏官”“环相为治”。本文认为。王船山的廉政思想对当代中国廉政建设的启示是：第一，以“八项规定”为切入口加强官德培养；第二，“老虎苍蝇一起打”，加大对腐败犯罪打击力度；第三，“把权力关进笼子里”，完善现有权力监督体系。

| Abstract: | Wang Chuan-shan＇s clean government thoughts are consisting of three parts,the first part is paying attention to official morality for lasting political stability, the second part is emphasizing supervision,specially ＂strictly supervising senior offieials＂,and the third part is constructing power supervision system,which is composed of emperor,chancellor and remonstrator.Wang Chuan- shan＇s thoughts are giving some enlightenment for building clean government in contemporary China：firstly,enhancing the training of official morality by eight regulations,secondly,increasing the attack dynamics of corruption cases, thirdly,perfecting for the power supervision system. |
