| 摘 要： | 我们应从简单的规则主义法治观转变为复调的法治观。复调的法治观,以规则主义法治观为主旋律,以 法律家之治作为必要的伴奏乐。恰当的法律家之治可以弥补规则主义法治观的局限与不足。
