少数民族公民参与法律保障之法理学论纲

本文从法理学的角度对少数民族公民参与法律保障的属性、价值功能及权利结构谱系、义务谱系进行了分析,形成了以权利为核心以权利为导向的少数民族公民参与法律保障的根据,以期为型构少数民族公民参与法律层面的形式保障、实体保障和程序保障提供法理学基础。
