| 摘 要： | 政府采购中的商业贿赂行为一直是政府腐败和商业贿赂的一个重要领域,鉴于现行的诉讼机制不能很好地对政府采购中的商业贿赂行为进行追责,为了有效防治政府采购中商业贿赂行为的发生及其泛滥,笔者认为宜建立公益诉讼机制。

| Abstract: | The government procurement is the important field of commercial bribe.Seeing that the current lawsuit mechanism can't well chase the responsibility to the commercial bribery behavior in government procurement,to prevent and cure commerce bribe in government procurement emerging,the author think we should set up public interest litigation.In this text,the author makes a brief instruction of the government procurement and commercial bribe,analyzes current lawsuit mechanism chasing it's responsibility failfully,advise leading the new lawsuit to government procurement-public interest litigation. |
