| 摘 要： | 国有企业作为国有资产的重要组成部分,在关系国民经济命脉的重要行业和关键领域占支配地位,其绩效直接决定着国有资产的使用效率和效果。本文在分析影响国有企业绩效水平因素的基础上,根据影响程度的不同,从相关因素和主要因素两方面进行了论述,并以珠海市国有企业为例,对如何提高国有企业绩效水平提出了相应的对策和建议。
