| 摘 要： | 按条件收费是英国借鉴美国律师采用的按判决金额收费方式而实施的一种将律师收费与其所代理案件结果相联系的收费方式.这样的收费方式,增大了普通民众接近司法的机会,提高了其接受高质量法律服务的可能性,对促进社会弱势群体的利益保护有着积极的意义.借鉴其成功的经验,将有助于推动我国律师风险代理制度的完善.
