| 摘 要： | 目前,很多上访者存在一些不良心态,引发了一些不良行为,严重影响了社会的正常生产和生活秩序.因此,消除上访者不良心态迫在眉睫.本文认为,相关部门切实解决问题,加强制度建设,畅通信访渠道,引导上访者依法理性上访是消除上访者不良心态的有效之举.

| Abstract: | At present,many petitioners,there are some bad attitude led to some bad behavior,has seriously affected the normal production and life of social order.Therefore,it's imminent to eliminate of petitioners' bad attitude.This paper argues that the relevant departments to solve problems effectively,strengthen the system construction,smooth channel letters,and guide rational law petitioners is to eliminate bad attitude and effective move. |
