| Abstract: | The jurisdiction structure of current administrative litigation is a kind of "coordinates type",it violates the basic idea which should be followed while the jurisdiction of administrative litigation being fixed.Administrative interference is a ubiquitous question in the jurisdiction of administrative litigation,the rational thinking of settlement is to construct a "compasses type" dynamic jurisdiction. |
