| 摘 要： | 休假制度和人们的生产、生活密切相关。根据相关法律法规的规定,现阶段我国的休假种类有法定节日休假、探亲休假、年休假和其他休假。当前,休假制度存在着制度设计的滞后性、不合理性,需要建立并完善相关的法律保障体系,实行休假制度的创新,以期这一制度得以良性发展。

| Abstract: | Holiday system is closely related with people's production and living.According to the stipulations of relevant laws and regulations,there are a holiday in legal festival,a holiday of visiting one's relatives,a holiday of the year and other make holiday in our country at the present stage.At present,holiday system exists the lagging and irrationality of system design.In order to holiday system being benign develope correctly,We need to set up and perfect the relevant legal security system and implement the innovation of the holiday system. |
