浅淡构建社会主义和谐社会的法治保障

社会主义和谐社会必定是法治社会。社会主义和谐社会绝不会自发生成、自然实现。构建社会主义和谐社会必须借助于法律制度的推动与保障。社会主义法治在推动和保障作用的发挥上应具有三个基本的条件:一是法律制度自身的和谐,这是法治发挥推动和保障作用的基础;二是法律机制运行的和谐,这是构建和谐社会的前提和中介;三是积极探索预防和化解社会矛盾的法律机制,这是构建和谐社会的直接保障。

The Socialist harmonious society shall be a society ruling by law.And it can not be set up spontaneously.The constructionof socialist harmonious society needs the promotion and guarantee of the legal system,which shall have three fundamental conditionsas follows: first,that the legal system itself shall be harmonious is the basis of its being effective;second,that the operation of legalmechanism shall be harmonious is the premise and agency of the construction of harmonious society;third,that we shall researchactively on prevention and reconciliation of the social contradiction is the direct guarantee of the construction of harmonious society.
