| 摘 要： | 廉政文化建设是加强反腐倡廉教育的一项基础性工作,在构建"不想腐"的体制机制过程中发挥着重要作用。目前,廉政文化建设还面临主体责任不明确、对象范围狭窄、建设途径单一等困境。为此,应进一步提高对廉政文化建设重要性的认识;明确和坚持马克思主义在廉政文化建设中的指导地位,保证廉政文化建设的正确方向;着力增强廉政文化建设的系统性;不断推进廉政文化建设的载体创新,以期加快廉政文化建设的进程。

| Abstract: | The construction of incorruptible government culture is a basic work to strengthen the education of anti-corruption and plays an important role in the process of constructing the system and mechanism of "not wanting to corrupt".At present,the construction of incorruptible government culture also faces the dilemma of unclear responsibility,narrow object scope and single construction way.Therefore,we should further improve our understanding of the importance of the construction of a clean government culture;clarify and adhere to the guiding role of Marxism in the construction of a clean government culture,ensure the correct direction of the construction of a clean government culture;strive to strengthen the system of the construction of a clean government culture;constantly promote the innovation of the carrier of the construction of a clean government culture,with a view to accelerating the process of the construction of a clean government culture. |
