| 摘 要： | 外资并购可能威胁东道国经济安全是各国都面临的问题。美国、德国等发达国家都建立了较完善的法律制度规制外资并购,有效保障国家经济安全。我国目前对此问题还缺乏系统、有效的法律制约,因而,应尽快完善规制外资并购的法律制度,维护我国经济安全。

| Abstract: | The threat of mergers and acquisitions by foreign investors to host country's economic security is a challenge concerning every nation.Developed countries,such as U.S and Germany,have established comprehensive rules and regulations to protect their national economic security.In China,there is no systematic and effective legal regulation concerning such issue.Therefore,to protect China's economic security,rules and regulations governing mergers and acquisitions by foreign investors should be improved as soon as possible. |
