论捐赠人慈善信息知情权的保护

慈善信息知情权是捐赠人获取慈善信息的依据，也是我国慈善事业健康发展的重要保障。目前，由于我国缺少与知情权相关的法律制度，加之慈善组织信息公开透明度不高。导致捐赠人的慈善信息知情权难以得到有效保护。因此，应采取完善相关立法、化解组织内部的道德风险以及构建监管体制等措施加强对慈善信息知情权的保护。

A Study on the Right-to-Know of Charity Information

The right-to-know of charity information is the basis for that donors can acquire the information,and also an important guarantee for the health of Chinese charity.But now,becanse of the lack of related legal system and the low transparency of charity, the right-to-know of charity information of donors can＇t get the effective protection.We should strengthen the protecting system of the right-to-know of charity information of donors in many aspects such as perfecting legislation, minimizing the risk of morality of charities,establishing a sound supervisory system of charities and so on.
