| Abstract: | The cheap government refers to the form of government that the public can obtain good service and can bear with the revenue through the goverment's transition of executive function,with the improvement of administration's efficiency and reducing of the administrative cost.The core of the goal of our government's management innovation is the transformation from the economized government to the cheap government.This thesis expounds the inevitability and the feasibility of setting up the cheap government,and proposes several countermeasures of how to achieve the goal. |
